Print Ad for Financial Magazine
The New York City skyline at dusk is a gorgeous site.
For this magazine print ad, the client needed a photo that matched their target audience as well as reflected their office location near Rockefeller Center.
A photo taken over the Queensboro Bridge as the sun set was a top pick, but the colors in the sky were too similar to the Tekne logo.
As such, color work was done to keep the burst of color in the sky while keeping their logo from getting lost. Color work was also done on the bridge to prevent it taking on too much ink when printed.
The photo was cropped such that their office is central to the picture.
