This project combined data that contained contact information for every property owner in NYC and merged the data with SteetEasy listings.

NYC does not use MLS for listings, and as StreetEasy is famously difficult to scrape, we created a custom Chrome extension that allowed the owner of the website to hit a keyboard shortcut while viewing a StreetEasy listing and then send the listing to the database.

From there, the listing is crossed with the property owner database allowing easy access to the contacting the owners of property on the market in NYC.
